Step 2 - Neutralizing Lotion

Step 2 locks in the lift. After Step 1 breaks the lash's disulfide bonds and the lashes are positioned on the rod or shield, the lashes are in a "plastic" state — moldable, held in their new lifted position. Step 2's job is to reform those disulfide bonds in their new configuration, stabilizing the shape permanently. 

Formulated with quercetin and fisetin — antioxidant compounds that support lash strength and shine during the fixation process. The result is the clean, glossy, long-lasting curl that Korean lash lifts are
known for.

Timing matters: too short and the lift drops prematurely. Too long and the bonds over-oxidize, leaving lashes slightly brittle. The full timing guide for fine, normal, and thick lashes is in the free 100-page manual included with every Light Heart Lash Lift Kit.
