Step 1 - Lifting Cream

The first step in the Light Heart Lash Lift system — and the foundation of everything that follows.

Step 1 is a cysteamine-based lifting cream formulated with GHK-CU copper peptides and flavonoids. Its job is to break down the disulfide bonds in the lash hair — the chemical bridges that give the lash its natural shape — so the lash can be reshaped around the shield.

Cysteamine does this more gently than TGA (thioglycolic acid), the traditional lash lift ingredient. The process is slower and more controlled, which means less likelihood of overprocessing and a more forgiving experience — especially for finer, fragile, or previously lifted lashes. The copper peptides are working while Step 1 processes: protecting the lash and follicle from chemical stress, and conditioning the structure for improved integrity over time. This isn't a conditioning add-on. It's built into the lifting formula itself.

Works on both lashes and brows. Processing time: 7–15 minutes depending on lash type and thickness. Results last 6–8 weeks.

Comes in an airless bottle. Airless packaging prevents oxidation of the active ingredients — especially important for cysteamine and copper peptides, which degrade when exposed to air. Consistent chemistry every single use.
